While the carrion is being buzzed by maniacally homicidal flies and maggots, let us sieve through the rest of Mrs Porn's testimony to determine whether its is the fool's gold it really is. Several intriguing findings emerge:
1. Despite her vehement denial that she ever mentioned manual strangulation in her first testimony, news report from all angles infer that was so, here, here, here, and from the slut's own words here:

Come to think of it, why in hell would Pete Venezies inexplicably comment on strangulation if Mrs Porn didnt bring it up in the first instance?
Her subtle shift to denial mode may have been due to 2 factors:
a. the 2nd post-mortem comprehensively ruled out strangulation as the post-mortem (in which she was a participant-observer) report indicates.
b. To pursue the strangulation angle would be a bit far fetched given the hyoid bone was intact and the one last avenue of hope in that direction closed the door firmly in her face.And pray what was that?
Well, it was her examination of the corpse's eyelids for evidence of pettachie or haemorhagging which revealed nothing.
Q: why must be examining for pettichae under the eyelids if not in a desperate search for strangulation signs.
It was a gamble of course, one in which she calculated "mmmm..hyoid, localised bruising show nothing, maybe just maybe ....pettichae beneath those eyelids might save my arse and resurrect my murder theory!
She gambled, her legal thugs covered up for her. No one pursued the "why must search?' line of questioning, the opportunity passed and like that absurd Mahidol ranking assertion which went ridiculously unchallenged, this chance too went abegging and she walked scotfree.
And pettichae would be my recurring theme in my next instalment, where it will be conclusively shown that pure conjectures do not a fact maketh.

Reflections on Truth : The strange case of Messrs Teoh Beng Hock and Mrs Porn
A close analysis of yesterday’s testimony juxtaposed against the available data reveals a novice trying to demystify the inscrutable through home-cooked clairvoyance and hocus pocus..Despite her strident condescending assertions, the evidence suggests that she is generalizing and making ill-informed assertion to push a specific agenda. Without compromising the integrity of my research, I will juxtapose several of her purportedly ‘scientific’ claims with the available data and let you, the reader, be the judge as to whether, her assumptions stand up to scrutiny.
Claim 1 : Dr Pornthip said she disagreed with MACC expert witness Prof Dr Peter Vanezis’ earlier opinion that Teoh had landed on his feet and was conscious when he fell. She said Teoh was probably unconscious when falling as the first post-mortem report stated he suffered a cerebral edema.
Evidence indicates otherwise:
a.At autopsy, severe injuries of the head like multiple skull fractures, ruptures of brain structures, and severe intracranial bleeding were seen in 34 cases (50%). A ring fracture of the skull basis (Fig. 2) was seen in one case. (This from a study on 68 medicolegal autopsy case of which 34 were suicides. Ring fracture incidence = 3% or 1 case out of 34)

Accidental falls from buildings tend to be rare events; when they do occur they usually involve children or youths, occur in the summer and result in severe injuries and sometimes death. The extent of these injuries depend in part on impact velocity, the surface landed upon, the orientation of the body on impact and the age of the person who fell. Head (depressed skull fracture, cerebral contusion, intracranial hemorrhage), thoracic (pulmonary contusion, ruptured bronchus or aorta, sternal fracture resulting from hyperflexion of the chin), spinal (burst vertebral bodies) and abdominal (shearing of the bowel at the junction of fixed and mobile portions) injuries are common, although skeletal injuries predominate.
3.Claim : On the marks on Teoh’s neck, Dr Pornthip said the size of the haemorrhage was not due to manual strangulation and that injuries of that size required MORE FORCE THAN A MAN COULD EXERT. She said the injury COULD NOT have happened during the fall, adding that it could have been a result of someone placing something against the neck or pushing the head down against something.

As to the question if someone fell or jumped over by himself or has been pushed over by another person, in falls from heights some findings usually proposing infliction by another person can be quite misleading. For example, in falls from above 10 m, neck injuries like hematoma of the ventral neck muscles and fractures of the hyoid bone and the upper horn of the thyroid cartilage were seen in 33% of the cases.This finding is usually strongly indicative of strangulation and should direct the forensic pathologist’s thoughts into the homicide direction,but our results suggest that in cases of falls from great heights, this interpretation should be taken with considerable caution. It was indeed an unabashed show of low-budget theatre. Indeed high drama played out in a Muslim’s month of willful submission to the One and Only Almighty. Befitting indeed also in a month when hungry ghouls presumably stalk the streets to wolf down free petrified ducks and dumbstruck suckling pigs while grog in hand, they sashay to the pulsating beat of Cantopop and the suggestive semi-porno performances of scantily clad painted wenches gyrating their hips for a ghoulishly macabre sexual séance with their invisible wraiths. Yes, an equally tacky modern Chinese porno-opera to satiate the Insatiables played out on the streets of Malaysia while the neighbourhood Imam recites the sublime bequest within the Holy Quran as the faithful prostrate their ego before Allah azza wa jalla. 1Malaysia in a snapshot, a kaleidoscope of the profane and the sacred melded within the writhing soul of a tortured country. (ah…....Cry MY Beloved Country, indeed!)
I wonder whether he flitted silently through, wearied by all his worldly woes, a wretched soul trapped in a surgically scarred temple whose repose forever disturbed by absurdly macabre claims, a family caught in a web of Promothean deceit grieving in his wake , his Insatiable living brethren feasting on the defiled corpse of his past denying him the very silence he sought once he fell through life’s window into the laps of inscrutable fate. Or did he partake in all that gaiety minus all that levity…..?
Yaeh…closure denieth to a wandering soul hungry for solitude and peace but fed with pain and despair. Surely as he weeps over the sepulcher of his dreams , he must be cursing the day he set his sunken eyes on a pack of hyenas only to sacrifice his gaunt frame on their altars of expediency; collateral damage of vaulting dreams arching through ambitious bodies.
And so the daylight stage was set in an august courtroom. Exit dancing sluts, singing minstrels, the yamsenging, wolf-whistling rabble, enter old political dogs accompanied by pot bellied, sand swilling MBs, young tykes and curs calling themselves MPs, the resident ball carrier pseudo-Malays, all baying for a plateful of sensationalism, a dash of slapstick, a spoonful of pathos and a sliver of self-righteousness. Filing the gallery like a menagerie of cattle, dogs, chicken and donkeys, they mooed for action, barked for putdowns and clucked for lies while braying like donkeys when Mr Paki decided to play cameo for kicks. And did their favie thespian disappoint?. Not by an iota. Her script memorized,, her delivery synchronized, her confidence cauterized, she rose to a cacophony of cheers even as a chorus of jeers drowned her nemesis.
Clad in a tight fitting top to accentuate whatever was left of her sagging silicone curves, a skirt hugging her dawdling bum, hair coiffured to perfection ala trademark street punk, she wowed them speechless with her quick repartee, mock sarcasm, strident self righteousness ( yeah the same person who shortchanged hundreds of dead Thais cos they were Muslims). Insomniac ghosts returning from their late night revelry must have yodeled in delight at her gumption. Sensationalism oozing from every pore of disclosure, dripping from every syllable of defiance, trickling through every fallacious statement slowly percolated the courtroom, permeating stupefied brains and petrified minds. Her fawning rabble licked her every word, swallowed every lie, drank every deceit and walked away as the bell tolled noon screaming “hell ah u yah”, we are vindicated for he was surely murdered.
